Décydr ("the Service") is an AI-powered decision coaching tool that guides users through structured binary-choice scenarios to help clarify personal and professional decisions. The Service is operated by Chris von Massow's SaaS Tools, Eschersheimer Landstraße 42, 60322 Frankfurt am Main, Germany ("we", "us", "our").
Decision outcomes are generated by AI systems and represent exploratory assessments based on the choices made during a session — not professional advice, psychological counselling, legal advice, financial advice, or binding projections of any kind. Use of results is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.
Every new user receives 2 free decision sessions. After these are used, the following paid option is available:
The contract is concluded upon completion of the payment process. Payment is processed via Stripe. Prices may vary based on your location and applicable taxes. Access is tied to the email address used at checkout and can be restored on any device by signing in with that email.
By completing payment and receiving immediate access to 20 decision sessions, you expressly acknowledge that the service begins immediately. As this is digital content that is fully available immediately after payment and cannot be returned, the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to § 356 para. 5 BGB (German Civil Code) upon commencement of service delivery. No refunds will be issued.
For US customers: By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying digital content that is delivered immediately and waive any right to a chargeback for this reason.
Purchased sessions do not expire. Your 20 sessions remain available until used. Once all sessions are consumed, you may purchase a new pack of 20 at any time. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no automatic renewal.
By purchasing sessions, you agree to receive transactional emails including purchase confirmations and access information. You also consent to receive occasional marketing communications including information about new features and offers for existing customers.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at contact@storecheckr.io. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect your purchased session access.
Your email address is stored in Resend (Resend Inc., USA) for the purpose of sending the above emails.
Decision outcomes are generated by AI based on the choices you make during a session. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any outcome for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the Service's output.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service, including all software, design, and content, is the property of Chris von Massow's SaaS Tools. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the United States, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
