Decydr ("the Service") is an AI-powered psychological assessment tool that helps users evaluate trust and decisions through structured YES/UNSURE/NO questions. The Service is operated by Chris von Massow's SaaS Tools, Eschersheimer Landstraße 42, 60322 Frankfurt am Main, Germany ("we", "us", "our").
Verdicts are generated by AI based on your answers and represent exploratory psychological assessments — not professional psychological counselling, legal advice, financial advice, or binding guidance of any kind. Use of results is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.
Every new user receives 10 free credits automatically. No credit card is required to start. One credit equals one complete AI-generated psychological assessment (trust or decision module).
When free credits are used up, additional credits can be purchased as one-time packs — there are no subscriptions:
Credits do not expire. The contract is concluded upon completion of the payment process. Payment is processed via Stripe. Your credit balance is tied to the email address used at checkout and can be accessed on any device by signing in with that email.
By completing payment and receiving immediate access to credits, you expressly acknowledge that the service begins immediately. As this is digital content that is fully available upon payment and cannot be returned, the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to § 356 para. 5 BGB upon commencement of service delivery.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire.
For US customers: by purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying digital content delivered immediately and waive any right to a chargeback for this reason.
Credits are deducted one per verdict generated. Credits do not expire and carry over indefinitely. There are no recurring charges — you only pay when you choose to top up.

By purchasing, you agree to receive transactional emails including purchase confirmations and access information. You also consent to receive occasional marketing communications about new features and offers.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting contact@storecheckr.io. Unsubscribing does not affect your purchased access.
Verdicts are generated by AI based on your answers. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any verdict for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the Service's output.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service, including all software, design, and content, is the property of Chris von Massow's SaaS Tools. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the United States, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
